Executive Women in Finance Event - The role of individual behaviours and culture

Building a culture in which D,E&I is ingrained, lived and sustainable takes intentionality, time and commitment. In this panel event, we examine the role and behaviours that every individual must demonstrate to really shift the dial when it comes to culture, inclusion and being part of the solution.
